Debasnana did his Master’s in Structural Engineering from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and he have close to 10 years of experience in the field of structural design and its implementation, having thrust in the field of cost-effective and earthquake resistant building designs according to updated IS codes. His past experience includes working with assistant professor at Manipal University, Jaipur & Team Leader - Beaver Infra Consultants (P) Ltd.

In addition to Structural Design he has immense knowledge in the field of Project Management, Teaching, Estimate, BoQ, Valuation, Statutory guidelines & compliance/audit and in interacting with Government, Corporate and PSU sector. He is an avid Books reader, and loves to eat Mutton and Mudhi.
